Aged Care Funding Options

Our team can help you navigate all of the aged care services and government funding available.  There are 3 types of funding models which you can use to access our services. These include:

1. Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) – if you still managing well at home but feel you need a little extra support with everyday tasks, you could be eligible for subsidised support services.
2. Support at Home – if you need a number of services to meet your needs on an ongoing basis, you may be eligible for Support at Home.
3. Private Care – is an opportunity for you to receive the care you need, without being limited by government-subsidised programs.
