We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Support Coordinator to join our friendly team. Based in Grafton and/or Coffs Harbour, this full-time position supports participants across our wider footprint. As a Support Coordinator, you will walk alongside people with a disability, helping them to make informed choices by connecting them to the supports they need to achieve their goals under the NDIS.
