We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Scheduling Officer for a full-time, 12-month contract (38 hours per week) based in our Grafton and/or Coffs Harbour office. For the right candidate, this role may lead to a permanent full-time position. As a Scheduling Officer, you’ll play a key role in making sure the right support workers are matched with the right participants across our NDIS and Aged Care programs. You’ll be responsible for creating efficient, thoughtful schedules that align with each participant’s individual plan, while also keeping in mind funding guidelines, award conditions, and service standards.
