We’re currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Direct Services Leader to join our team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for ongoing employment. This role is based in Grafton or Coffs Harbour and plays a key part in delivering high-quality, person-centred supports across our disability services.
As a Direct Services Leader, you’ll play a vital role supporting our Team Leader to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred support services for NDIS participants. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations in your service area, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, Short-Term Accommodation (STA), and individual support, and lead a team of dedicated support workers.

You will also be required to complete the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation Module or provide evidence of completion. The successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate entitlement to work in Australia and to disclose any preexisting injury or disease which may be adversely affected by undertaking the inherent requirements of the position.
