Chris is guided by strong core values of respect, compassion, and integrity. He believes every journey begins with clear communication and meaningful conversations, and is committed to ensuring both participants and team members feel informed, supported, and heard.
With more than 10 years’ experience in the social care sector, Chris began his career at Anglicare as a Marketing and Communications Manager before transitioning into disability and out-of-home care, where he gained hands-on experience in service delivery. As the General Manager Service Delivery, Chris leads with a person-centred focus and is committed to delivering services that meet the individual needs of each participant.
Chris holds a Diploma in Children, Youth and Family Intervention and is currently completing a Bachelor of Human Services through Charles Sturt University.
