As a Child Safe Organisation, our goal is to help families work toward shared parenting arrangements in a safe, supportive and respectful environment. We offer a flexible service, tailored to the unique needs of each family. Whether contact has been ordered by the Court or arranged by agreement between the parties, our experienced team encourages healthy connections and provides professional, impartial supervision in a supportive setting.

Our Children’s Contact Services include:

• Supervised contact visits
• Supervised changeovers between parents or carers
• Child-focused, trauma-informed practice
• Safe and neutral environments
• Experienced staff trained to support complex family situations
• Observation and documentation of all visits
• Accurate and confidential record keeping, subject to legislative and mandatory reporting requirements
• Services for both court-ordered and privately arranged arrangements, following assessment

Who can access Children’s Contact Services?

Our service may be suitable for families where:

• Supervised contact has been ordered by the Court
• Parents or carers have agreed that supervised contact is in the child’s best interests
• A safe and neutral location is needed for changeovers
• Families require support to safely maintain parent-child relationships

All referrals are assessed to ensure the service is appropriate and can safely meet the needs of the child and family.
