At Livable we recognise and value that every family is unique. Our Community and Family Support (CAFS) services provide flexible individual support to children, young people, families and communities.

We work with you to identify existing strengths and build on these to establish actionable goals. A family’s individual plan can include information about services and how to access them, advocacy, advice, parenting support and referrals. It might even include information on joining a playgroup, learning a new practical skill or connecting with others at a community event.
This service is only available in the Clarence Valley and there is no cost. Livable’s Community and Family Support services are funded by the Department of Communities and Justice.
