Your Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Support the growth of each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Uphold and advocate for the principles of early childhood education.
To be successful, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (as per ACECQA guidelines).
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A National Police clearance issued within the last six months.
- First Aid Certification with Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management.
- Availability to work 30 hours per week.
- A passion for play-based learning and a commitment to fostering each child’s potential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
- A collaborative, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to education.
